Since 1987, he has spent the better part of his career on the front lines of business development and fund management. After more than 30 years, he has been instrumental in the development and implementation of cutting-edge campaigns and fund structures that contributed to significant increased earnings with a focus on Private Equity, Private Placements and Real Estate.

He has worked for investment banks and development companies raising over USD 1 Billion in and around the Asian Region. As a result of his success, he has held top-level positions in Hongkong, Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia, while continuing to expand in other untapped markets such as Cambodia and Vietnam. He has also been invited to speak in several symposiums and seminars on the investment landscape since 2005.

Dr Donald Charles De Rozario was appointed as Licensed Director of Citadel Capital & Responsible Officer post CMSL approval as well as the Licensed Director, Responsible Person and Managing Director, Corporate Services. He is responsible for the Estate Planning & Legacy Planning Citadel Group.

He has more than thirty-six (36) years of experience in insurance planning and risk management associated with Allianz Life.

He obtained the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) in 1989 and completed Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Registered Financial Planner (RFP) in 2007. He became a Licensed Financial Planner (Capital Markets Services Representative's License) with Securities Commission in 2008. He graduated as a Doctor of Philosophy in Financial Planning from Pebble Hills University, USA in February 2010.

He achieved the top direct group nationwide in the Agency Manager category in Allianz Life and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status in 2001. He has achieved many industry awards like National Top Producer club in wealth management over the years and is a much sought after speaker or trainer in wealth management. After leaving A.D. Capital Sdn Bhd in 2005, he joined other top tier Financial Advisory firms.

Dr. Rajna Anthony, the founder of the Financial Health Association of Malaysia (FAHAM) holds a doctorate (PhD) degree in Family Economics and Management from the Universiti Putra Malaysia, as well as a Master's degree in Medical Sciences (MMSc) in Community Health from the National Universiti of Malaysia (UKM). Her expertise in finance has been further strengthened by her license as a Licensed Financial Planner from the Security Commission of Malaysia (eCMSRL/C1226/2021). She graduated with a Certified Islamic Financial Planner from Universiti Malaya in year 2009. She is also a fellow in Life Underwriter Training Council (USA) and holds a Diploma in Business and Personal Insurance studies form the Malaysian Insurance Institute.

Dr. Rajna co-founded Banyan Tree Money Academy in year 2012 and has since been leading a team of financial educators in promoting financial literacy education and positive financial behavior change among children, youth and seniors. Being a Financial Behavior Change Coach, leveraging her vast knowledge and experience to help individuals to build financial stability and adopt positive financial habits. Dr. Rajna is deeply committed to education. She has imparted her knowledge and expertise as a part-time lecturer, teaching Consumer Credit and Debt Management to Bachelor of Consumer Studies students at the University Putra Malaysia. In her capacity as the Executive Officer at the Aged Care Experimental Unit within MyAgeing, Malaysian Research Institute on Ageing in Universiti Putra Malaysia, she took the initiative to establish the MyAgeing Financial Literacy & Educational Hub. Serving as the head of the Hub, she successfully managed its operations for four years until it achieved self-sustainability.
